I mean, is it so hard to at least briefly study someone's resume? I've only held 4 jobs in my life, and some certifications and college. Not particularly hard to study, especially if you had a WEEK

Is there no such thing as preparation, or is that only left to the serfs looking for a job since there's apparently no repercussions if they don't do what you're supposed to do?

I don't understand something. Again, let's see here. You get an interview, and the interviewers somehow don't know your resume when you bring it up.
