bevause id cry nonstop and have panic attavks

my mom used to give me valerian when i was a little kid whenever she and my dad fought

and it doesnt need perscription or something so i buy it myself

valerian is plant based so i can pop like 3 at once

so i take a few and yhey dont notice they assume one of them drank it

my mom and dad have those stuff in the drawers id they cant sleep

but i can fall asleep super easily i have anemia

usually 12am

sometimes 7pm or sometimes 4am

whenever i put my phone down red

i take anxiety meds from my mom sometimes she doesnt know wtho

no i can sleep easily

i always get anxious or cry or have panic atta ka at night

yes but it always happens at night so i cant do hobbies at night

becausw i texted someone something

and i have such anxietybro somwtimes i shakefor an hour and have fast heart beat

i have panic attacks for no reason

and my ungrateful stupid ass just replies “no reason”

they asknme why thinking i have problems

and when i twll someone im anxious or having panic attacks

and now that im at peace i cant feel good, maybe because i lost all my friends and shit but thay doesnt mean i snould feel this way
