I cant stop comparing myself to other women

i try thinking and saying positive things repeatedly over and over again and it does bot change that im ugly

i have been told in all honesty that im a 7 in appearance at best and usually a 4

i get that being ugly hasn’t affected my life and I’ve found love but I genuinely am not pretty i may not be as ugly to others as i am to myself but

I survived accidents and even a suicide attempt to live this long now I have a baby son and im so happy to be alive

Cant think about my younger self she knew she was ugly too
