But when every thing is so bad for so long it gets kinda hard to stay positive

I know i see everything with a very negative lens

I feel so inadequate

I do have to do lists

Even though it's not much work

Like getting up, taking a shower , doing the chores and whatnot just leeches the energy out of me

Most of the time i dont even have the motivation to do bssic things i wonder how i keep surviving

My mother has an issue with everything i propose on purpose so she can control me
