like rn my schedule is being awake from 4-5 pm to 6 am and then sleeping until 4/5 pm again

i love sleep but i cant sleep

My mistakes haunt me every night. I torture myself every time I try to fall asleep. What did I do wrong, what did I say? Just tell me what to do, what to say, what to be. And I'll be it.
