Sometimes I forget that most people are not here to bully me, and if I go to a party where I don't know most people they probably won't just try to be mean to me

I've met the host multiple times I'm just not that close with him and don't know 99% of the other people going to the party, so I still feel anxiety I guess

a friend of a friend (whom I've met before) is having a party. now my interlinking friend isn't going to the party anymore, I still kinda wanna go but feel anxiety about not knowing many people there
