It's a small word out there, but not in a good way

Months later, I saw a post about a missing kid. It's the same sibblings that I briefly met months ago

Briefly met a pair of siblings, the youngest one is very chatty and hyperactive. No sense of boundaries and stuff. But good (strangers) kids nonetheless.
