He yells slurs at the neighbors because they're upsetting the dog yet says I DON'T CARE

I mean not mentioning the abuse ive suffered at their hand as well in the not too distant past

I hate drunk fam they're SO AWFUL. I just get told "ignore them". Yeah sure. Yet they themselves are tio chicken to go around their friend being drunk.
